When DaimlerChrysler set out to create their Manufacturing Quality Assurance System to be implemented over 50 plant sites worldwide, our consultants worked on every aspect of the business. DaimlerChrysler was able to deploy the programme company-wide within an aggressive time frame and focus their energies on their primary business activity.

In 2001 Electrolux wanted to upgrade their Global Supplier Quality Assurance system.  After vetting several consultancies they chose Excel, based on our knowledge and practice of ISO processes, practical approach to training and willingness to adapt our approach to existing Electrolux methods.  The project involved working in partnership with Electrolux to develop the system, producing training material to support the approach and then delivering training to their SQA engineers around the world.  Electrolux achieved their objectives for the project and in their words – “The final programme was put together in a most timely fashion and came in most gratifyingly on budget.”

In the USA the Telecommunications industry lacked a unified quality management system.  It was being stifled by a plethora of quality needs and requirements. That's when the QuEST Forum, a veritable who's who of key telecom organizations, took a step back, looked at the situation and realized that consistent requirements, measurements and training were sorely needed.  Out of these needs, TL 9000 was created.  But who would deliver TL 9000 to the telecom nation's suppliers, manufacturers and service providers? That's where Excel came in: out of all the training organizations available, Excel was chosen as one of only two providers/developers of QuEST Forum sanctioned training materials.
